The core of this Union Nut Mold is its special automatic unscrewing thread mechanism. This mechanism consists of a Helix Bar, a rifling guide sleeve, and a gear set. The screw rod is fixed at the center of plate A. The thread core is unscrewed and reset by the forward and backward movement of the moving plate.
The thread core of this mechanism only rotates and does not retreat. The spring mechanism continuously pushes up the B plate, allowing the Nut to be ejected as the thread is released. The advantage of this method is that it can reduce mold parts and space. Of course, a prerequisite is that your product can be designed with a stop. The product cannot rotate with the thread core.
The mechanism of Union Nut Mold is shown in the video. When the mold is opened, the rifling guide sleeve starts to rotate along the spiral rod, and the gears drive the thread core to rotate. The product does not rotate, and the B plate is continuously lifted by the spring. The thread core is gradually separated from the product.
