Mold Core Pulling Mechanism

The mold consists of two sets of core pulling mechanisms in different directions, one set is upward, and the slider is controlled to move by a hydraulic cylinder. The other set is a 45-degree inclined core pulling mechanism, and the slider is controlled to move and reset by an angle pin.

Angle Pin & Slide

The angle pin is a common structure in the mold structure and is generally placed on the fixed mold. The angle pin has a certain bevel angle and matches the movable mold slider. When the movable mold moves, the inclined surface of the angle pin contacts the inclined surface of the slider, and the tangential force generated thereby pushes the slider to move outward. The angle pin has many advantages such as high stability, simple operation and low maintenance cost.
