As shown in the video on the right. The movement process of this set of 90 degree female threaded elbow mold is divided into 4 steps.
Step 1: During the opening of the mold, the sliders on both sides of the movable mold are affected by the guide groove and retreat a short distance to leave space for the threaded core.
Step 2: The unscrewing threaded mechanism on both sides is started to separate the threaded core from the product.
Step 3: Affected by the guide groove, the slider groups on both sides of the mold retreat again to pull out the entire core.
Step 4: The automatic unscrwing thread mechanism at the bottom is started to drive the 4 cores in the vertical direction to separate from the product.
