In this article, we will discuss this 2-cavity sink u bends mold. The production of sink u bends is achieved through a precise core rotation mold mechanism.
The difference of this 180 Degree Elbow Mold is that the product rotates instead of the mold core. When the mold opens, the product is first ejected with the core for a distance.
This is a 90 Degree Hose Elbow Mold. This elbow has a diameter of 2.5 inches, with a cam base on one end and a hose handle on the other. For this 90 Degree Hose Elbow Mold, we use a four-bar linkage.
